Welcome to a unique concept in modern, environmentally friendly holiday accommodation in North Cornwall for all ages and sizes of party. The Park at Mawgan Porth offers a wide range of simple yet luxurious accommodation for your holiday and is located in a unique position, only a few hundred metres from the fine surfing beach of Mawgan Porth, within a rural setting of mature parkland of 27 acres. At The Park we are currently applying for a ‘Green Business Award’ as we believe very strongly in the importance of supporting the natural environment, ensuring sustainability and protecting the heritage of this area we are lucky enough to be part of. Responsible tourism is a fundamental part of our business ethos and informs all that we do as a family-run company. The Park is now open all year round, including Christmas, Easter and half terms, which is possible due to the introduction of central heating in all properties, including solar thermal systems and under-floor heating and improved insulation and ventilation. We are also dog friendly welcoming dogs in to some of our properties, allowing you to bring along the whole family!

Eco lodges, built using sustainable materials with a low carbon rating, blend in beautifully with the landscaping and native planting around The Park. The family-style caravans offer everything you need to get the most out of your holiday together and, if you want to get away from it all in a more secluded environment, our range of cottages will give you that extra touch of comfort and privacy. Some of the units will be specifically designed to create top quality disability access with ramps, bathing facilities and thresholds to allow easy wheelchair manoeuvrability.

We now also have new luxury eco terraces that accommodate from 2 up to 12 people. These were completed in July 2010. We have created the new houses with the intention of providing you with a memorable, relaxing, stylish holiday. Ideal for large families and/or groups and also small functions. The two storey units allow you to enjoy the views of the glorious Cornish countryside whilst being moments away from the coast.

The Park is also home to the Airstream ‘Silver Bullet’ trailer; enjoy the iconic lifestyle these stylish campers offer and we are sure that you will want to buy one when you leave! We are also delighted to offer Yurting holidays. the new innovative way of luxurious camping with a modern twist.

The cottages at The Park have from one to six bedrooms. Each has been refurbished to the high standard that incorporates our ethos of sustainability, simplicity and comfort with a nostalgic twist.

We also have Windsong, in the village of Mawgan Porth, which overlooks the bay offering fantastic year-round accommodation which is perfect for larger groups. This house offers very comfortable, stylish holiday accommodation, sleeping up to 12 people. The house has its own BBQ, balcony, hot tub and decking areas to sit and enjoy the view.

The Park at Mawgan Porth has a huge range of facilities for everyone to enjoy, whatever age. We have an outdoor heated pool and terrace area. An indoor leisure centre including a cafe, heated indoor pool and lounge space with sauna and steam room, picnic and sitting areas, BBQs, trampoline, outdoor activity equipment, kiddies’ yurt area, swings, woodland, wildlife walks to explore and a shop.
