Having been completely refurbished, these cottages offer accommodation for a larger party and sleep up to six people comfortably. Benefiting from under-floor heating, they are also very suitable for winter use. Situated at the front of The Park, they offer easy access by car and are within easy walking distance of the beach and the village of Mawgan Porth.

The new kitchens offer double oven with a five-burner gas hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. There is seating around the dining table for six in the stylish open plan living area, and the comfortable seating gives families a relaxing place to gather together in the evenings. There is a large flat screen television with DVD player and Freeview. There is also a contemporary gas fire, as well as full central heating.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, television and en suite modern shower room with w/c and hand wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and television. The third bedroom has zip-link twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath.  These cottages offer facilities for guests with Level 2 assisted care requirements.
