This detached three-bedroom cottage looks out over wonderful views down the Vale of Lanherne and it has plenty of space for a family or group of six. It has been completely refurbished and now benefits from full central heating, making it an ideal choice for your holiday all year round. Please note that access to this cottage is via sturdy garden steps.

The large kitchen/dining and living space gives you a fully fitted kitchen to make your holiday catering enjoyable and relaxing. There is a double oven and five-burner gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. In the utility area there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Beyond the dining area is the spacious sitting room with a contemporary gas fire, large flat screen television with Freeview and a DVD player. There is lots of space for family and friends to relax, enjoy meals together or just chill out. Glass doors open onto the front patio area with seating and a barbecue. The garden area has been enlarged and there is a fire pit to keep you warm during those beautiful Cornish evenings when you want to sit outside and gaze at the stars.

The stylish master bedroom has a king-size bed, television and an en suite shower room with w/c and hand wash basin. There is a second double bedroom, with television, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The modern family bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is an additional w/c in the cottage.
