It goe´s without saying that, as an Eco-concious Cafe-Bar we use locally sourced, organic where possible, homegrown, fairtrade products, etc.

Quite simply, we just serve good, wholesome, tasty food in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Theres a big toy box for kids, a comfy sofa, a cracking coffee machine and a fully stocked bar.Our wine list is steadily growing so hopefully there´s something for everyone.

Almost everything is made here from scratch in our big open kitchen and the menu´s written on chalk boards that change often. We Have a "Dish a day" on the menu too which is written out a the start of each week so you can plan your stay with us.

We do lots of good old fashioned baking of breads, cakes, pies and quiches depending on what we (or you) fancy on the day. Tell us if youv´e got a favorite and we´ll make it.

The fish and seafood here in cornwall is fab,and we have a load of fisherguys who bring us the best of the bunch. Because we don´t like to keep anything we don´t know we will sell, we prefer you to come and order your fish with us the day before you want it. We´ll let you know whats being caught at the time and what the best prices are. Then you can either take it back to your´s or we can cook it here as you like it. Just ask the chef´s for some ideas or tell them what you want done with it! We can do the same with whole chickens or anything you fancy really.

In the summer, on those warm balmy nights (occasioinally) we´ll light our big wood fired oven outside and have a pizza night or a bbq. We sometimes shove the sunday roast in there too.
