Windsong is within easy walking distance of the beach and the village of Mawgan Porth. It is situated in a quiet residential area away from main roads and traffic. There are a number of amenities in Mawgan Porth including shops, restaurants and pubs, a surf school, tennis courts, pitch & putt and crazy golf. Newquay is approx 6 miles away and the pretty fishing village of Padstow 8 miles - making it the perfect base for self catering accommodation in Cornwall.
The property can sleep up to 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms, the master double having an en-suite shower room and a balcony overlooking the beach. There are 2 further twin rooms on the ground floor, one with a terrace overlooking the coast, and a family bathroom with bath and over-bath electric shower. On the first floor there is a bright and airy loft room with twin pine hideaway beds. This can also be used as an additional room for relaxing or watching TV.
There is a large well-equipped kitchen with seating for up to 8 people, and the equipment includes a dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, double oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The lounge, with a terrace overlooking the beach, has TV, DVD and Video along with a CD player. There is also another TV/Video in the loft room.
The garden surrounding the property has a large table and chairs for outdoor meals and a built in barbecue.
No pets are accepted in the property, and no smoking is permitted inside the house.
There is ample parking for up to 3 cars. Covered quilts and pillows are supplied for all beds and bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Towels are not provided. Gas and electricity are included in the rental. Central heating is provided out of season. Cots and High Chairs are also available on request.
